If a new player is joining your league for the first time and does not have an account AND is unable to accept an invite to a team, you are able to create an account for them and send them an invite through the back-end of League Lab. In order to create a new player page, you will need the players first and last name, email address, and phone number.
Step 1. Navigate to the team which the player will be playing on. Select "Add Player" underneath the Roster & Details.
Step 2. Fill out the sections of the player information that you have underneath the "New" section. Check the box under "Create a User Account?". Press "Create and Add Player".
Step 3. The player will receive an email that an account has been created for them. However, take the extra precaution and set the players Roster Status to "Invited" and press Remind. This will send them another email from the system asking them to accept their position on the team.
