There are two ways to navigate to create a new League or Event:
1. Navigate to the Leagues and Tournaments Tab -> Select Dashboard in the sub-bar -> in the upper right-hand corner of the page, select + Create a new league or tournament
2. Navigate to the Leagues and Tournaments Tab -> Select + Create New
Note: A league's settings can be changed at a later time in the Set Up panel in a league menu.
