The Recent Registrations page shows every registration received over the last two weeks. Use it to see who has signed up, which league or event they registered for, and the current status of each registration. Color highlighting makes it easy to spot incomplete registrations, first-time players, and mobile app registrations at a glance.
Page Layout
The page is split into three tabs across the top:
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Teams & Individuals | Team registrations and individual (Indy) registrations from the last two weeks. |
| Player Confirms | Player confirmation registrations from the last two weeks. |
| Free Agents | Free agent registrations from the last two weeks. |
Columns
On the Teams & Individuals tab, each registration appears as one row with these columns:
- Time – The date and time the registration was submitted.
- Participant – The name of the person who registered.
- Team – The team they registered with. Individual registrations show Indy.
- League / Event – The league or event they registered for, with any additional detail (such as the time slot or division) shown underneath.
- Status – The current status of the registration (for example, Waitlist or Incomplete).
Understanding the Color Highlights
Rows are shaded to call out three specific kinds of registrations. Rows with no color are standard registrations.
| Row color | What it means |
|---|---|
| Red | Incomplete registration. The person reached the payment page but backed out before finishing. The Status column shows Incomplete. |
| Green | First-time registrant. This is the first time the person has registered for a league. |
| Blue | Mobile app registration. The person completed their registration through the mobile app. A small phone icon also appears next to the time. |
Loyalty Tier Icons
A small icon next to a participant's name (such as the red star ★) means the player is attached to a loyalty tier.
Tips
- Follow up on red rows. These players started to register but did not finish, so they may need a nudge or help with payment.
- Welcome green rows. First-time players are a good group to reach out to with extra information about what to expect.
- Click a name, team, or league to open its full details.
